With a true entrepreneurial spirit Jeff has moved from residential estate agency during the mid 1990s into a successful property development career dealing with new builds, conversions and investments. Jeff has an excellent knowledge of every aspect of the property business.

George joined the Pure Group in 2009 and is quickly building up knowledge of the market and acquisitions business. A keen interest in IT makes him our social networking specialist!

Claire is our office administrator making sure that all necessary procedures are followed and carries out much of the organising for our seminars, open days and conferences.
Jonathan Rolande MNAEA MICBA
Starting in property agency in 1988, Jonathan moved into lettings during the early 1990s and in 1998 acquired an estate and letting agency business which is still running successfully. During this time Jonathan has helped many hundreds of purchasers to acquire property and build substantial portfolios, a field in which Jonathan is now specialising. Jonathan has a broad knowledge of both residential and commercial property, investment and development.
Julian Sonnessa
After leaving property agency during the 1990s, Julian became a property acquisition specialist and has bought over 400 properties for clients and structures finance which helps people to achieve their property buying ambitions.
