There isn’t one apparently.
Really? I can think of a few.
However, after perhaps a particularly good lunch, executives at Rightmoves are giving away five Apple iPad 2s to students who come up with top ideas. The students have until August to be creative.
Guidance from Rightmove says that planes, computers and Facebook were once thought to be ideas that wouldn’t work.
Rightmove are after weird and wacky ideas on the future of house hunting.
I reckon that video is still to really take off on estate agents sites, it would save a lot of time for all parties but a shaky home video of even the best property might put people off so good production values are essential.
I’m not so sure that wheels really need to be reinvented when it comes to finding the right house.
How about this for a wild and wacky idea? Buyers and sellers that have frank conversations, do as they say, stick to it and realise that moving can be a bit stressful for everyone concerned. Sales would go through without the associated stress and strain much to everybody’s delight.
Now that would be novel.

I found this video a couple days ago and couldn’t wait for today to post it! This guy has possibly proposed in the most original and comic way ever. It’s so romantic, it’s almost sickly.
I’m also pretty sure most of his friends, that are not married, hate him now. I don’t see how they are going to come up with a proposal that’s even on par with this, which just adds comic value!

We have been so busy this week, with email problems, website changes, new equipment to set up, tons of leads, properties to send out. The list goes on.
